02 / the approach
how we shaped the work.
Give the invitation a bold typographic voice and an energetic lime, orange and purple palette.
Explain the journey from finding a problem to showing a working prototype.
Bring participant details, guardian contacts and consent into one application.
03 / design decisions
Curiosity, at full volume.
Wide typography and electric colour give “Make ideas real” its presence. A compact rocket mark carries the identity from the website to role tags and workshop materials.
An open invitation, a considered application.
The original application introduced the workshop activities, then guided families through participant details, guardian contacts and consent. A downloadable copy kept the completed application in their hands.
the identity
Ready for lift-off.
A rocket mark, wide typography and diagonal stripes connect the website, role tags and workshop materials.
The rocket sits inside a clipped, tag-like silhouette. Its diamond window and square exhaust give the mark a simple geometry that carries into the wider identity.
Unbounded brings wide proportions and rounded geometry to headlines and role labels. Its weight holds up against the bright programme palette.
