01 / information you send

The project-enquiry form asks for your name, organisation, email, timing and budget band, with optional website, project interests, intended outcome and referral source. You may instead choose the direct email link and decide what to include in your email application.

02 / how enquiries are used

Enquiry information is used to respond, assess project fit, recommend an engagement, prepare a proposal when requested and maintain necessary project correspondence. Form submissions are delivered through Resend to Jadyn Design Lab’s enquiry inbox. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health records or emergency information.

03 / local preferences

The introductory animation uses the browser’s reload status and reduced-motion preference without storing a visit history. The light or dark display setting applies to the current page session. These interface preferences are not submitted to Jadyn Design Lab.

04 / hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and security signals to deliver, protect and diagnose the service. Vercel handles that information under its own privacy terms.

05 / analytics and advertising

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page views and limited custom events such as project-CTA clicks, case-study depth and enquiry starts or completions. Google Analytics is also used to estimate visitor and session counts, understand page journeys and identify which projects visitors view. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and visits; these counts are estimates rather than a count of identifiable people. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Our custom analytics events do not include names, email addresses or enquiry contents, and our page-view events omit URL query strings and fragments. Vercel may process page path, referrer, coarse location, device, operating system and browser information to produce aggregated statistics.

06 / linked project websites

Case studies link to independent live products and external services. Those destinations may use their own cookies, forms, analytics or accounts. Their privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators, so review the notice on the destination before providing information.

07 / retention

Email enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably useful for responding, project administration, record keeping and legitimate business or legal requirements. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or anonymised.

08 / sharing

Personal information from an enquiry is not sold. It may be shared with service providers that support email, hosting, storage or professional operations when necessary, or when disclosure is required to comply with law, protect rights or respond to a valid legal request.

09 / your choices

You can choose not to send an enquiry, limit what you include, clear this site’s local browser storage or ask about information previously provided by email. Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional access, correction, deletion or objection rights.

10 / children and young people

This portfolio is intended for a general audience and does not intentionally collect personal information from children through forms. A linked youth project may have its own participation, guardian-consent and safeguarding process; use that project’s published information for those requests.

11 / security

Reasonable care is used when handling project correspondence, but no email or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending confidential information until an appropriate working arrangement and secure method have been agreed.

12 / updates

This notice may change when the site, its service providers or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page with its latest review date.
