01 / the brief
A friendlier start to university.
The first weeks of university come with questions that sit outside the timetable: housing, money, winter, belonging. Yay Campus helps first- and second-year students find their footing.
Create a welcoming service where students can find useful guidance, plan their next steps and ask for practical support at their own pace.

02 / the approach
how we shaped the work.
Separate the guide, tracker, stories and support application into recognisable routes.
Make milestones editable and save progress on the student’s device.
Use a warm identity and direct language across information and interactive tools.
03 / design decisions
Space to find your footing.
A warm palette and an illustrated student kit set an approachable tone. The guide covers everyday campus questions, while stories offer room for students’ own perspectives.
One next step at a time.
The tracker begins with six milestones students can edit, complete or replace. Progress stays on their device, keeping the tool close without requiring an account.
04 / what we delivered
from the brief to the finished work.
Campus guide, personal milestone tracker, moderated stories, free-kit application and a preview of the planned gift-box shop.
A live student-support platform with guidance, planning tools and a route to apply for a free kit.
